The Landscaping Foreman is responsible for supervising landscaping crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards. This role combines hands-on landscaping work with leadership, planning, and client communication.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a crew to deliver high-quality work, on time
Plan daily tasks, manage productivity, and keep jobs moving
Work hands-on while training and holding crew members accountable
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Communicate clearly with management and clients
What It Takes
Proven landscaping experience with leadership responsibility
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accountability
Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Do
Assist the Foreman in leading and executing commercial landscape construction projects safely and on schedule.
Help organize, motivate, and support the crew to hit production and quality targets.
Perform and coach hardscape and softscape construction tasks (grading, retaining walls, paving, planting, irrigation support).
Operate tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, power tools) safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites every day.
What You Bring
3+ years of landscape construction experience (hardscape + softscape).
Strong leadership and communication skills — you help others perform their best.
Ability to read plans, solve on-site challenges, and work with minimal direction.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
A professional attitude and commitment to quality every day.

What You’ll Do
Help prepare and maintain job sites, including digging, grading, and site cleanup.
Support crews with installation of hardscape and softscape elements such as walls, patios, plantings, and irrigation.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed.
Keep work areas tidy and safe at all times.
What You Bring
Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
